Delete your DayOS data.

You can delete your cloud account directly from the website. Account deletion is free and does not require a mobile app.

  1. Sign in to DayOS with the Google account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
  3. In Delete cloud account, choose Delete cloud data.
  4. Type DELETE when asked to confirm. This action permanently removes the account's data from the active database and signs you out.
  5. Clear DayOS site storage on other browsers and remove other offline copies before signing in again, so they do not re-upload old records.

What is removed?

Your Google identity stored by DayOS, trackers, entries, projects, tasks, work sessions, skipped days, reflections, preferences, sync history, sessions and any purchase-verification records linked to that account. Your Google account itself is not deleted. Signing out or disconnecting DayOS in Google settings does not perform this deletion.

What can remain?

Your own exports and offline copies remain on your devices. Encrypted backups expire through the rolling 30-day backup schedule; the latest successful snapshot is kept if backup jobs fail. Operational logs rotate separately. Details are in the privacy policy.
